About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Custom Uniform Factory website. Orders, samples and production are governed by the written quote, order confirmation or manufacturing agreement we issue for each order, which takes priority over anything on this site.
Quotes and product information
Product descriptions, fabric options, minimums and other details on this site are general information. Final specifications, prices, lead times and terms are confirmed in writing for each order. Guidance about safety standards (such as ANSI/ISEA 107, NFPA 2112 or NFPA 70E) is general information, not compliance advice; your safety team is responsible for selecting the protection your work requires.
Product photos and designs made in our customizer are illustrative. Colors on screen vary with your device, and fabric, shade and fit can differ slightly from what you see. The approved physical sample and the written specification for your order are what we produce to.
Using the site
- Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access to it.
- Don’t copy our content in bulk or republish it without written permission. Short quotes with a link back are welcome.
- Information you send through our forms must be accurate and yours to share.
Intellectual property
Text, graphics and design on this site belong to Custom Uniform Factory or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Logos and designs you send us remain yours.
Your logos and artwork
When you send us a logo, name, label or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it on garments, and you allow us to use it only to quote, sample and produce your order. We may decline any request we believe would infringe someone else’s trademark or copyright.
Links
We link to other websites, such as standards bodies and government agencies. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content.
Liability
We work to keep information accurate and current but can’t guarantee it is complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
