About Custom Uniform Factory
Custom Uniform Factory is a scrubs and workwear manufacturer with its own factory in Los Angeles, California, where we cut and sew every garment from imported fabric. We make custom and private label uniforms for healthcare teams, businesses in every trade, and founders building their own apparel brands, and we ship to customers across the USA.
What we make
Our scrubs range covers scrub tops, scrub pants, jackets, lab coats, jumpsuits, hoodies and underscrubs. Our workwear includes chef wear, high-visibility and flame-resistant clothing, coveralls, work pants and denim workwear.
How we work
- Your brand, not ours. Through private label manufacturing your garments carry your labels, tags and packaging.
- Small runs welcome. Our minimum is about 50 pieces per style (custom and private label), so clinics, small businesses and new brands can order without a huge commitment.
- Sample first. We make a sample for approval before bulk production.
- Decoration included. Embroidery and printing for logos, names and departments.
- Local. Manufacturing in Los Angeles means communication in your time zone and simpler logistics for US buyers.
Who writes our product pages
Our product, service and industry pages are written and checked by the Custom Uniform Factory production team in Los Angeles, the people who pattern, cut, sew and decorate the garments. Specifications describe how we make each garment; safety standards and regulations are linked to their primary sources. Fabrics, sizes, decoration and lead times are confirmed in writing for each order, and pages show the date they were last updated.
