For custom, private label and embroidered orders our minimum is about 50 pieces per style, which is low for a medical scrubs manufacturer and practical for a single clinic or a new brand as well as a large program. You can split that quantity across sizes, and we will confirm any extra minimums for a specific fabric, color or decoration when we quote. Wholesale blank orders have no published minimum: send a wholesale inquiry and we confirm quantities.

They are made in the USA with imported fabric: every scrub and workwear garment is cut and sewn in our own factory in Los Angeles, California, from fabric we import. Being local means faster samples, easier communication in your time zone and simpler logistics for buyers across the USA. If a contract or your own labels need specific origin wording, tell us when you ask for a quote and we will confirm it for your order.

Yes. As a medical uniform manufacturer, we offer private and white label manufacturing with your woven labels, hang tags and packaging, plus logo embroidery and printing for uniform programs.

Yes. We make a sample for approval before bulk production so you can check fit, fabric, color and decoration first.
